尹培培，女，汉族，1989年1月生，山东青岛人，2017年博士毕业于北京林业大学，副教授，硕士生导师，Frontiers in Nutrition审稿编辑，中国药学会会员，主要从事药用植物学和蛋白质结构生物学研究。2017年7月参加工作，2019-2021年于北京化工大学从事博士后研究工作。目前主持江西省自然科学基金、江西省教育厅科学研究项目及江西省教育厅教育教学改革项目各1项，主持横向课题1项。在国内外核心期刊发表学术论文30余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Communications、Journal of Molecular Biology、Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等高水平期刊发表SCI论文10余篇、中文核心4篇。曾获宜春学院优秀教师、课程思政优秀教师等荣誉称号,邮箱：happy62889@126.com
