
乐敏,教授博士/博导,国家级人才计划(第十三批/2017),联合国FAO/WHO Roster expert(2023-2027),PPLI fellow,省海外高层次人才引进计划特聘专家(2018),省杰出青年基金获得者(2019);2010.7-2017.2美国宾夕法尼亚大学工作(博士后和副研究员);中国微生物学会兽医微生物学专业委员会委员,中国畜牧兽医学会兽医食品卫生学分会常务理事,中国畜牧兽医学会动物微生态分会常务理事;担任PLoS Pathogens,mSystems,Foodborne Pathog Dis, Front Microbiol, Front Vet Sci,Microorganisms,Research,iMeta,mLife,hLife,Animal Dis,Animals&Zoonosis, Animal Research&One Health等杂志学术编委或副主编。
一直致力于病原基因组与生物安全研究。聚焦人兽共患病菌——沙门菌,利用微生物组等大数据分析并结合系统生物学手段,解析了病菌流行传播规律,揭示了病菌跨种感染与持续感染机制,构建了病原大数据预警与风险评估平台。承担国家重点研发计划课题和国家基金等十余项,以通讯作者在Nature Med,Lancet PlanetHealth,Natl Sci Rev,Nat Commun(3 篇),EMBO Mol Med,Clinical Infect Dis(2 篇),mBio 等发表论文100 余篇(其中IF5>10 论文20 余篇),累计引用6000 余次,ESI 高被引论文七篇;申报/授权国家发明专利10 余件,制定团体标准2 套。邮箱:myue@ucas.ac.cn
