主要研究方向

1.能量代谢与细胞自噬之间的内在关联;

2.选择性自噬发生的分子机制及生理病理意义;

3 细胞稳态在代谢性疾病、神经退行性疾病以及癌症发生发展过程中的作用机制。

主要科学发现

1)阐明了能量代谢调控自噬发生的分子机制,揭示了能量应激条件下自噬调控的独特规律;(2)鉴定了核糖体自噬受体RPL12和固态聚集体自噬受体CCT2,阐明了其在核糖体质量控制和固态聚集体清除中的调控机制和重要作用;(3)解析了自噬相关蛋白逐级装配的分子基础,揭示了自噬体组装过程中蛋白互作的层级调控规律。这些发现从自噬起始阶段的应激感应、底物识别到机器组装三个维度,构建了自噬调控的新理论框架。近年来发表的第一作者或通讯作者论文包括ScienceCellNature Cell BiologyDev CellEMBO JPNASJCBEMBO ReportsAutophagy等。上述论文或被Science作为亮点进行介绍、或被Nature Reviews Molecular Cell BiologyNature Cell BiologyMolecular CellScience Signaling进行亮点评论、或被Faculty1000收录并推荐。
